Becoming a member is easy, just come to a meeting.

So membership is effectively FREE!

2. FREE ADVERTISING

EVERY Member is promoted by the site and the group.

We will also put a link to your own web site.

We will also put a page about your business, if you supply literature and photos.

3. HAVE YOUR SAY WITH WHAT THE GROUP DOES

Which Charity to support.

What type of events we should put on.

What price we should charge, etc …………………

4. GET FIRST REFUSAL ON TICKETS

Tickets go on sale to group members in advance of Public Sales.

5. PRESTIGE

The group is successful and promotes all that is good about Baildon Village, the local businesses and our local people.  I for one am proud to be involved in this group, as well as happy that is raises money for charity and promotes having fun at the same time.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
We have had a lot of people showing interest and saying what they think should happen, but now is the time to find out which people will actually join and contribute.  Those are the ones who will actually get to say what the group are going to do.

In the group we a very keen to make things as simple as possible.

The membership fee is as simple as it gets and we give it back to you.

Pay £25 to become a member and if you go to the main annual event, then you get the full £25 back against the ticket.

This is a win/win situation - You get to be become a member for nothing and we get the funds up front, to spend on putting on the event.

The thinking behind this scheme is as follows:

If you help out or contribute, you need to know that you doing just a little and won’t be asked to contribute more than you are prepared to do.

We hope to have quite a few people doing just a little each.

We do need a small amount of funds though to help put on the main event each year and we also think that those who have put something into the pot are the ones showing true commitment to bringing the event to life.
